What’s going on in your life? How would you describe your life? What’s the good or bad that you are experiencing? What do you tell others about yourself each day?
How would you describe your story? Is it a story of romance, adventure, comedy, mystery or tragedy?
We are each writhing the story of our lives by how we respond to the events that we encounter and the conversations we have about them with others and ourselves.
True or false we literally rehearse these dramas over and over in our minds until they become real to us, the story of our lives.
What we tell ourselves and others about our experiences create patterns of thinking and they become self fulfilling prophecies.
“Change your story, change your life. Divorce the story of limitation, and marry the story of the truth and everything changes. ” – Tony Robbins.
We move towards and become aware of what we focus on and our conversations are a reflection of our thoughts or what we are focusing on.
Everytime you tell the same story you make that story more and more real and harder to change but you can change your story and change your life by first becoming conscious and aware of the conversations you are having with yourself and others.
Pay attention to yourself and if you are not happy with your outcomes start telling a different story. Make a game of creating a new story of what happened and see yourself as the Hero who saves the day. this becomes a magnetic power that will attract more good into your life.
